Types and Characteristics of All-Terrain Agricultural Vehicles
Feb 28,2025
The types and characteristics of all-terrain agricultural vehicles mainly include the following categories:
Articulated tracked all-terrain vehicles: They are suitable for driving in snow, marshes, and mountainous areas, characterized by a high ground contact area and a low center of gravity, allowing them to float across lakes and icy seas. The articulated design enables the vehicle to steer flexibly in complex terrains and adapt to changes in the terrain. However, they are not particularly advantageous in desert and Gobi regions, nor are they suitable for narrow areas such as cities and jungles.
High-mobility all-terrain vehicles: These vehicles resemble beach buggies or four-wheel motorcycles, characterized by small size, light weight, high speed, and a high load-to-weight ratio. They typically lack a shell and armor but have excellent suspension systems and wheels that can withstand significant impacts. High-mobility all-terrain vehicles perform exceptionally well in urban, mountainous, forested, desert, and Gobi environments, making them suitable for special forces and airborne troops.
Compact all-terrain vehicles: These vehicles are small in size, resembling small flat-bottom boats, and usually have six or eight tires. They are suitable for operation in narrow spaces and can turn flexibly in complex terrains. Compact all-terrain vehicles are typically used in situations that require high passability and operational flexibility.

Xiaoman—when all things reach this point, they are just beginning to feel a modest fullness, not yet at their peak, yet already brimming with promise. As the breeze sweeps across the fields, waves of wheat ripple with a green, tender edge; rice ears hang low, bearing quiet, unspoken hopes. Distant mountains wear a soft haze, and the field paths wind and twist; every inch of earth is ripening for a surprise of abundance, and every breath of wind carries with it the hope that lingers in the smoke of daily life.
