  The maintenance of all-terrain agricultural vehicles mainly includes the following aspects:

  Engine maintenance: Regularly maintain the engine, dust and wax it, clean carbon deposits, choose high-quality fully synthetic and stable engine oil, and change to the appropriate viscosity oil according to the season. When changing the engine oil, clean the impurities and old oil at the bottom of the oil tank before adding new oil.

  Tire maintenance: Prevent deviation, perform four-wheel alignment after long-distance or off-road driving, and check for tire damage. Maintain appropriate tire pressure and adjust it according to operating conditions and seasons.

  Body maintenance: Timely clean sand and dust to avoid scratches, seal the glaze to enhance the brightness and hardness of the paint, and prevent acid rain erosion. Check if the connecting bolts and nuts of various parts of the body are loose and tighten them in time.

  Chassis maintenance: Check the working condition of various components of the chassis to prevent rust and bottoming out. Install protective plates if necessary to protect components such as the oil pan and oil pipes.

  Brake system maintenance: Regularly check the condition and fastening of the brake fluid and braking devices to ensure the brake system works properly.

  Electrical system maintenance: Check the circuit system to ensure that the circuits for starting, lighting, and instruments are normal, preventing leakage, short circuits, and other issues. Recharge or replace the battery when the power is insufficient.

  Daily inspection and maintenance: Check before driving daily whether water, fuel, lubricating oil, battery fluid, brake fluid, etc., meet the standards, whether the connecting bolts and nuts are secure, and whether the lights, instruments, wipers, and horns are functioning normally. During driving, check the working condition of various instruments, the engine, and the components of the chassis, and clean the vehicle and troubleshoot after parking.

  Through the above maintenance measures, it can ensure that all-terrain agricultural vehicles maintain good operating conditions under various road conditions and extend their service life.
